Cosmik Debris is an Imperial IPA featuring Simcoe, Strata, Mosaic, Cascade, and Chinook hops. Intensely hopped, it presents a bursting aroma of citrus zest, melon, and subtle pine. The big, fruity aroma, firm bitterness, and lighter malt character paves the way to a soft and balanced flavor profile.

Tasting Notes from the Brewmaster:

Christmas Cookie Ale was brewed as an homage to childhood memories of warm, fresh-baked cookies on cold Winter evenings. We put actual sugar cookies in the mash and brewed this one with extra love!

Tasting Notes from the Brewmaster:

Hop-bursted & double dry hopped, juicy flavors of stone fruit and rainbow candy with notes of citrusy dankness.

Tasting Notes from the Brewmaster:

The (literal) fruit of our Sour Asylum series, Rapturous seduced palates from the first pour, earning it the honor of being our first canned sour. A lacto-fermented sour ale, matured on raspberry puree with a wheat and pilsner malt base, it refreshes with a tart and alluring fruit-forward flavor profile.
