Through the innovative food preparation method of sous vide cooking, Taffer’s Tavern utilizes their ghost kitchen to slow-cook this unbelievably delicious, tender, fall off the bone entree to perfection so that once you get home, all you have to do it bring the shank up to temperature using either of two convenient methods: conventional oven or water bath.
Each of our moist and tender beef shanks weighs in at approximately 7 lbs! Making it a wonderful addition to any dining table to satisfy the appetites of the whole family. Bone-in and sprinkled with sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper, we use the precision of the sous vide method to cook the beef shank to the perfect texture every time. Our Signature Beef Shank pairs well with a bold red wine, roasted root vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes, and of course your favorite dining companions.
